In the early 90’s, local builder Eric Ng recognised an opportunity to establish a small, customer service orientated building company to cater for the changing needs of Western Australian families. In 1994, Eric founded Chessington Homes. In the almost two decades since its inception, Chessington Homes has continually evolved in keeping with new building innovations and constant changes in architectural styles. This ability to move with the
times is key to Chessington’s longevity in the extremely competitive Western Australian
home building marketplace.

Chessington Homes’ first display was built at Buckland Hill Estate, followed by landmark displays at Murdoch Chase, The Anchorage at Rockingham and Ranford Estate in Canning Vale. Display homes have always played an important role in Chessington’s success, with a great deal of time, effort and calculated vision invested into each display design to ensure contemporary trends are cleverly reflected for an affordable price. It goes without saying that value is a critical

Things are always changing. Styles come and go. Good service, attention to detail and approaching each construction project with a sense of urgency will always be the hallmarks of the Chessington Homes business. Today, Chessington is still focused on collaborating with their many clients to ensure that the construction of every home is completed within budget, in the allocated timeframe and that the level of quality, finishes and appointments exceeds expectations. The future for Chessington Homes is an exciting one. Two new display homes are earmarked for completion over the next few months, and construction of Chessington’s new premises in Apsley Road in Willetton will also begin shortly. But there are some things that won’t be changing. Chessington will continue to specialise in single-storey and two-storey homes, construction time frames will remain better than most other builders, customer service will be central to each Chessington project and, of course, clients will continue to enjoy the peace-of-mind of knowing that they are benefiting from exceptional value.
